It is high time to get acquainted to the latest news from Apple’s 2016 Worldwide Developer’s Conference (WWDC), annual “jamboree for all things software” that will last till June 17. Tim Cook started the conference while most of the news announced were packed into the speech from San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.
WWDC aroused intense interest of Apple developers, fans and media who were crowding outside the Auditorium before the conference.
It is interesting that the youngest attendee at WWDC 2016 has only turned 9. She is one of more than 100 attendees at Apple’s conference this year who are under 18.

Siri has become much smarter having undergone a massive makeover. Now it is able to write your messages, do image searches and transcribe voicemails.
SIRI becomes available on the MAC, with the next iteration of the OS X operating system with a built-in SIRI module for desktop use, renamed macOS SIERRA. SIRI will also be opened up to outsider developers.
The HomeKit app now undertakes full control over a range of smart home gadgets, from the garage door to dining room light to thermostat.
Apple Music becomes much simpler in operation with some new features. First of all, Apple brought back useful iTunes features, including Recently Added and Recently Played sections. Besides, it added daily playlists, top charts and radio in Browse and For You.

Apple Maps now offer more features that just a place search. It has a better search function for facilities close to you, and can even control your calendar for places you’re meant to be going, and.
iOS 10 has got voicemail transcriptions while iMessage has undergone a redesign including rich media, emoji and a new way for third-party developers to build functions into the system. Now it is possible to embed YOUTUBE links or other web features without leaving iMessage.
Apple has prepared one more interesting feature that enables users to “emogify” words after a message has been typed. It allows to transform the words highlighted in orange into linked emoji on the fly.
APPLE has introduced watchOS 3 with faster app performance and easier access to aps and information. WatchOS 3 is essential in emergency situations – it can dial 911 with a single button-press.
Apple presented a new version of OS X with a brand-new name macOS. Apple underlines that OS X is still the same as you know, plus some up-to-date features. The most important feature is Siri. It will work on macOS almost identically to how it works on iOS. Apple talks about new parts of Continuity as two other useful features. The company also adds a universal clipboard to enable copying and pasting between an iPhone and a Mac.
