Rita Ora Denies Jay-Z Affair Rumours After Backlash from Release of Beyonce’s Lemonade

Rita Ora took to Twitter to deny the rumours that she is linked to Beyonce’s husband.

Rita Ora has took to Twitter to deny claims she is the woman with whom Jay Z, Beyoncé’s husband, allegedly had an affair with after the superstar’s fans were quick to blame her.

She wrote on Tuesday night: “I never usually address tabloid gossip but let me be clear, these rumours are false.” Ora went on, adding: “I have nothing but the upmost respect (sic) for Beyonce. Let’s continue enjoying Lemonade.”

Although rumours that Jay Z cheated on his famous wife have been circulating around since her sister, Solange Knowles, attacked him in a lift in May 2014, they have been given further credence after the release of Lemonade, Beyonce’s visual album.

Songs on the acclaimed album from Beyoncé include lyrics such as “You can taste the dishonesty / It’s all over your breath as you pass it off so cavalier” on Pray You Catch Me and “He only want me when I’m not there / He better call Becky with the good hair”.

“Jay was involved in the creation of Lemonade and knew every song Bey was going to release,” a source close to the couple told reporters.

“He knew the lyrics; he knew the implications. He had to approve the songs before release. . . Jay is all about self-expression, so he gets it. Beyoncé shares music before it’s released with Jay so he can listen and share his thoughts. When it comes to music, they are very in it together and supportive of each other’s craft.”

According to the same insider, the rapper also saw a personal upside to the album.

“Jay is a very smart businessman,” the mole claims. “Bottom line is that they are both really smart and they both saw dollar signs.”

It looks like Jay Z’s support of the album, in spite of the inflammatory lyrics, is a sign of the couple working through the difficulties in their marriage.

“Jay Z is not surprised with album’s success,” says the source. “He knew the impact it would have on the public and on them as a couple. He doesn’t plan on discussing the album. It’s Beyoncé’s masterpiece, which is how he has described it. Despite the controversy, he’s proud of her artistry.”

However, despite many people consider Beyonce’s latest album as reflection of her own life, there’re those who thinks that “Lemonade” is just a storyline and has nothing in common with the celebrities’ marriage.

“They develop these storylines to sell albums. “Lemonade” is a movie crafted to drive sales,” a source familiar with the matter revealed to reporters.

“Jay and Beyonce are entertainers at the top of their game. Do you think Jay would release her album on [his own] Tidal if it really was all about him? He is 100 percent behind this.”

“They’re marketing masters,” the source continued. “They’re pros at this. The more attention, the more they sell, the better. All that speculation is to get press when they need it. “Lemonade” is much deeper than infidelity, but that’s the focus. As long as people are talking, they don’t care.”
