When these beauties keep to the catwalk during tonight’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the glamorous Angels always look effortlessly beautiful.

But while the likes of Alessandra Ambrosio, Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes are all naturally blessed with good looks, staying slim and toned definitely requires plenty of energy and efforts.

Indeed, keeping their stomachs flat and legs slim requires hours in the gym – or, in the case of Adriana Lima, in the boxing ring.

One of the most popular Victoria’s Secret’s Angels, Ambrosio, who even took part in the 2011 VS show while pregnant, appears to be a die hard gym fan.

Her daily routine always includes working out at least once a day, as the beauty believes: “It’s important to break a sweat everyday.”

Which is more, the woman manages to escape from doing the same excercises as she likes to mix up workouts.

She explains on her blog: “One workout is a lot of weights and the other is no weights at all, so I think it’s a balance.”

Another Victoria’s Secret model, Candice Swanepoel admitts that her favourite form of making her body slim and toned is dancing.

Alongside a black and white shot of herself performing a pirouette on Instagram, she wrote: “Dance enables you to find yourself and lose yourself at the same time.”

However, she practices mixing up her training, adding in weight sessions and boxing to tone her arms and core.

Swanepoel recently revealed her diet and admitted she’s been blessed with a fast metabolism but still strives to eat well and work out.

“Food-wise, I’m very, very lucky that I can eat whatever I want,’ she said in an interview with OK! magazine. ‘For me, I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle. If I eat something that’s not fresh, I feel it immediately, so I crave good food. I crave meat. I grew up on a dairy and beef farm, so I crave that. I don’t cut anything out, and I just work out more.”

The wife of Maroon 5 frontman, Behati Prinsloo prefers swimming since her school days and keeps it up to this day, alongside regular Pilates.

The model also adores surfing, paddle boarding and hiking and has also been known to enjoy a relaxing round of golf.

When it comes to food, Prinsloo doesn’t follow one regime in particular, telling reporters: “I’m not a huge believe in strict diets or crazy juice cleanses.”

“I tried it once and I almost killed somebody! It was the worst feeling ever! I grew up eating very healthy, but I ate a lot of meat, salads, potatoes, lot of heavy food. My mum was very healthy, so it’s kind of in me,” she said. “But I do love In-N-Out [fast food], and I do love pizza…and pasta is my favorite. I just try to keep it in moderation. Don’t eat everything! Just some of it.”

Karlie Kloss who is a former ballerina wakes up with the sun to work out four to five times a week, and fuels her body with green juices.

“I always tend to be one beat off the rest of the class,” she revealed of her love of SoulCycle classes. “And the instructor usually calls me out on it in front of everyone.”
