Beyonce and Jay Z Release Fake Movie Trailer ‘Run’ to Promote Concert Tour [Video]

America’s Royal Couple unexpectedly released a big-budget “trailer” for their upcoming tour with lots of violence, crime, love and betrayal.

The Knowles-Carter family is full of surprises. Despite the latest elevator drama, the Knowles-Carter family continues to surprise their fans, as the star-couple released a fake trailer to promote their “On The Run Tour.”

The nearly-four minutes video “Run” , directed by Melina Matsoukas, is made in a “Bonnie & Clyde” fashion, featuring Jay and Bey as robbers on the lam, with a soundtrack from Jay’s “Magna Carta Holy Grail” track “Part II (On The Run).” There is gunfire, strippers, huge explosions and Beyoncé attending to a gunshot wound.

The promotional clip opens with a fake MPAA rating screen, which gives the profanity-filled spot an “R” rating next to the words Roc Nation, Jay Z’s music and management concern. The approval is given by the “Motion Picture Association of Brooklyn.”

The goes a conversation between Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn and Mr. Carter. Actually, Sean Penn is not the only one to star in the video.

The clip boasts a bunch of different celebrity cameos from actors Jake Gyllenhaal, Don Cheadle, “Scandal” actor Guillermo Dìaz, Blake Lively, Emmy Rossum, and sisters Rashida and Kidada Jones.

The 44-year-old dad-of-one says: “I can remember this one time when you told me, ‘When the s*** gets bigger than the cat, get rid of the cat’, I didn’t know what the f*** you were talking about, till right now.”

And it seems that the couple has found themselves in a very scary world, as events go from bad to worse when Jay Z and Beyoncé decide to rob a bank and are not only being chased by police.

But no matter what, they are in love and together, and even in the middle of all the violence, the pair managed to get married and a veil-clad Beyoncé rides off into the sunset on the back of Jay Z’s Harley Davidson.

During the clip the “Crazy In Love” singer purrs to her bad boy: “Do I bring out the best in you?” And Jay quickly replies with, “Of course.”

Even though the movie has a release date of “coming never,” fans were so impressed that launched a petition Monday on Change.org to support a feature-length version of “Run.” The “On The Run” stadium tour kicks off June 25 in Miami.

The couple made news last week for a different video. TMZ posted footage showing a physical altercation between Jay Z and Beyoncé’s sister, Solange Knowles. However, the trio have since released a statement which says in part, “We love each other and above all we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.”

It is unclear what exactly caused the altercation between the rapper and his sister in law. But according to the New York Daily News, the blazing row was actually sparked by Jay Z, who snapped at Solange when two of her friends tried to get into the after-party at The Standard hotel in Manhattan by saying they were friends of the rapper.

And it was when Solange demanded that she, her superstar sibling and Jay Z leave the party that the rapper said he was heading off to Rihanna’s bash without Beyoncé, prompting Solange to hit out at him.
