Miranda Kerr graced on the cover of the November issue of Cosmopolitan, where the 30-year-old stunner opened up about struggles in the fashion industry and shared about her family life and relationships with her husband Orlando Bloom. The Victoria’s Secret angel also revealed some of her own secrets on life, love and sexy underwear.

However, Miranda is not just another pretty face and wants to the world to take her seriously.  In her interview with magazine the supermodel  said that she is “a lot stronger than people think.”

What is true, as just last summer Australian beauty launched her certified-organic skincare line, Kora, and did it all by her own. She said that all invested money was hers and she was involved in every  facet.

“I’m that person who says, no matter what the problem is, there’s a solution. That’s the way my brain is wired. If someone says to me, ‘Well, that’s not possible. It can’t happen,’ I say, ‘Yes it is. I’m going to sit here and show you that it can.’ I can take no for an answer and accept it, but if there’s a solution and I can make it work, why wouldn’t I?”

Miranda is a successful model and can thank her driven personality for her success. But it hasn’t always been easy for her.

“My life is more balanced than ever,” she said. “There was so much rejection in the beginning. Models are some of the most insecure people I’ve ever met. They’re constantly being told they’re not good enough. You’ve really got to practice loving yourself.”

In her home life, however, Kerr is happy to loosen the reins and likes to get very feminine. She also shared about how she keeps her marriage hot with a sexy toolkit that includes a silk robe, red lipstick and, of course, sexy underwear.

“Don’t feel like you have to do and be everything,” she advises. “Let the man do some things for you, because if he cares for you, he will want to.”

Kerr continues, “When I get home, I’m not the boss like I am at work – I slip into a more feminine role. I take everything off and put on my Stella McCartney silk robe. I’ll put on a red lip or red nails, and it lifts my mood. Sexy underwear also gives you a spark. I collect underwear from my travels. Lace, lingerie, bodysuits… they’re like souvenirs.”

In her interview Kerr gives great advice to women looking to match her success in life and love: Choose a guy you respect.

The model is married to actor Orlando Bloom and the couple have a two year old son named Flynn. Miranda claims that she had always respected Orlando as an actor but that the couple keep family time and career time separate.

“When I saw Orlando on Broadway in ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ I was blown away,” Kerr said. “For someone to be able to learn all that and hold the energy to do it every day, six days a week — I have so much respect for him. We don’t run lines though. We keep that very separate. That would be like me asking him to teach me how to catwalk.”
