The “We Can’t Stop” singer appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Tuesday to promote her new hit single ⌠but she left her pants at home.
Cyrus, 20, paired very tiny black shorts and a white crop top with black thigh high boots, an oversized jacket, and chains. The talk show host clearly isnât one to ignore people sitting on his couch in only their underwear, since heâs all “I did not realize when you walked out you were wearing your underpants,”
And then Miley replied: â”I know, have you ever had someone sit on your couch â well probably on your own personal couch, but not on this couch â in their underwear?â and Jimmyâs said: âOkay, I guess weâre just gonna go on with the interview now.â
Following her Kimmel appearance, Cyrus hopped on a red eye flight to New York City and stopped by “Good Morning America” and “Live With Kelly and Michael” on Wednesday morning, reports Yahoo! News.
During her live performance Cyrus was really seen promoting her new raunchy image. She showed-off her toned physique whilst grinding with a whole host of female backing dancers.
Miley also referred to her relationship with The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth. âI’m wearing a ring, so…â she said, confirming their four-year romance is healthier than ever.
The singer and actress was also keen to address the ‘haters’ who persistently ridicule her music and image as she embraces a raunchy, adult image far removed from her wholesome past as Disney golden girl Montana, writes Entertainment Wise.
âMy whole thing is, haters are gonna hate, but haters are also going to click on your YouTube video just to watch it so I don’t really care,â she said. âYou helped me break the record. Even if you were just watching to hate on me, and now I hold the record so I win.â
Miley may not have explained why she and her pants arenât on wearing terms, but she was kind enough to explain what the hell was going on in that âWe Canât Stopâ hallucination/video of hers.
Cyrus went on to talk about her unlikely friendship with Snoop Lion, with whom she recorded the song “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,” telling Kimmel, “We’re more alike than you think … we’re very similar.”
“That’s because he’s so high he doesn’t know what his name is,” host Jimmy Kimmel quipped. Cyrus then confessed, “Me too, so it’s fine! We both are. That’s why we get along so well, I guess.”
She explained: “I started hanging out with him at the studio⌠we ended up doing my song Ashtrays And Heartbreaks together, and he became a homie.
“He comes by the studio and he listens to my music,” Cyrus said of the rapper, who sold weed to Cameron Diaz in high school. “He’s involved and he’s excited about what I’m doing in my career, so it’s cool.”
The leggy 20-year-old also revealed she recently hired a fan to work for her, crediting the new lackey with helping to break the record for We Canât Stop on Vevo – after her latest video scored the most views in 24 hours with 10.7m views.
