On Saturday, the 35-year-old Hollywood attended the famous festival, arriving in the VIP area, when a female fan approached him to say hello. When he rushed to shake her hand, that’s when things took a turn for the worse.
Kutcher got into a fight with a security guard who shoved both the star and his fan. Kutcher and the guard reportedly engaged in a violent shoving match until the Kutcher’s friends restrained him and he eventually left.
As The Huffington Post reports, eyewitnesses told reporters that the security guard was to blame for the scuffle.
By the way, local authorities had not gotten wind of the actor’s altercation before it was reported in the media.
“The first I heard about it was from four local television stations that found out from TMZ,” Indio police spokesman Benjamin Guitron told City News Service. “However, if anyone wants to make a police report about this incident we will definitely follow up and investigate it.”
Last year Ashton Kutcher finally filed for divorce from Demi Moore a year after their split.
The former Moore boy toy and present love of ‘That 70′s Show’ co-star Mila Kunis, cited irreconcilable differences and did not list a date that the couple separated.
According to TMZ, the actor waited so long to give Moore a chance to file first. Apparently, he decided a year was long enough for her to save face.
“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton,” Moore said in November 2011.
“As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.”
Kutcher later took to Twitter to make a statement: “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK.”
Now the actor is linked to Mila Kunis, who has recently admitted that her life has changed since started dating with Ashton Kutcher.
“To say my life hasn’t changed would be a lie. It has changed, I don’t really know how. I can’t complain, not that I am complaining, but I can’t leave my house as freely as I used to,” explained the actress. “But I’ve also travelled a lot for work, so that’s changed. I have been very lucky.”
Speaking for Marie Claire magazine, the Black Swan star added that since her profile has risen, she became more aware in revealing secrets of her personal life and her career. As we know, there is only a very thin line between a celebrities’ public and private life.
“I censor myself. Lately, more. More,” she said on the publication. “But I’ve always said that it is much easier to be honest than to be caught up in a bunch of lies. At least this way, you know who you are.”
