Rebel Wilson Pushes the Boundaries at the MTV Movie Awards 2013

The MTV Movie Awards 2013 took place in Los Angeles last night with the movers and makers of the movie industry out in force.

Opening the 2013 MTV Movie Awards with a bang, the actress made her abundant curves the stars of the show as she switched between a clinging dominatrix-style get-up and a padded costume revealing a faux double nip-slip.

In her first gig hosting the event, the Bridesmaids actress began her star performance dressed in an Aussie-themed electric pink tracksuit, with koalas imprinted over her breasts.

She belted out some hit songs, including Eminem’s Lose Yourself and Alicia Keys’ Girl on Fire, then Rebel unzipped the onesie to reveal a bustier top and skintight leggings that she teamed with leather sleeves running from her wrists to her mid-upper arms.

To stay active on stage, the Pitch Perfect star donned cool sneakers on her feet, ready to bust a move at any point.

Emerging in a makeshift (and feminized) Iron Man costume, host Rebel Wilson then proceeds to climb over dancers set up as a crazy kind of human barricade.

She seemed ever-so-confident to be hosting the awards ceremony, grabbing the crowd’s attention with her big movements and mic announcements, says the Daily Mail.

Attempting to be a serious bit, it came out quite humorous instead, as all eyes were on the abnormal fake nipples on the left side of her chest, poking through her broken sparkly dress.

Later in the evening, Rebel stepped on stage to accept two awards of her own.

The rising star accepted the Breakthrough Performance honor for her turn in Pitch Perfect, as well as she joined the cast of the movie to receive a Golden Popcorn for Best Musical Moment.

Pop went the Golden Popcorn prize Sunday night, as the MTV Movie Awards gave their signature accolade to “The Avengers” as Movie of the Year 2012.

“The Avengers” stomped “The Dark Knight Rises,” “Django Unchained,” “Silver Linings Playbook” and “Ted.”

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence scooped Best Actor and Best Actress respectively for Silver Linings Playbook, they also picked up Best Kiss award, for their onscreen face pash but unfortunately the two didn’t manage to recreate the kiss onstage.

Jamie Foxx was honored with the MTV Generation Award, while Former “Harry Potter” costar Emma Watson got a Trailblazer honor, writes the NY Daily News.

“I was the eager beaver in school, the first girl to put her hand up in class,” said Watson. “It’s often not cool, and I’d get teased mercilessly… but if you put your heart into things, amazing things can and will happen.”

Taylor Lautner of ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part II’ won new category Best Shirtless Performance. And it doesn’t seem very surprising.

The Lord of  the Rings hobbit Bilbo Baggins, won the Best Hero award against an ultra-competitive field of nominees, including Batman and the Hulk. Big things really do come in small packages, reports MTV News.

Will Ferrell in a suit made of money, accepts his Comedic Genius award before throwing down a goofball gauntlet: “Most of you guys like me and think I’m funny, but let’s face it, some of you don’t … to you who don’t, I’d be happy to fight you in the parking lot after the show.”

Even though, the 2013 MTV Movie Awards don’t have the prestige of the Oscars, but with new categories “best shirtless moment” and “best musical moment,” they’re a lot of fun.
