During a live performance for NBA’s All-Star Weekend in Houston Sunday, Lil Wayne obviously mocked at Heat players, whom he blames for throwing him out of a game in Miami last week.
The famous rapper said from the stage on Sunday: “When I say f-ck you say nba.. When I say f-ck you say the Miami heat.”
“You let them ni–as know I’m from the streets so this ain’t no Twitter beefin or no online beef, just take it to the motherf–king streets, ni–a. F–k all them ni–as. F–k LeBron, f–k She-Wade, f–k Chris Bosh, f–k all them ni–as, man.”
“And, and, and, I f–ked Chris Bosh wife,” he rapped, writes The New York Daily News.
“Some people attack those who have the peace & joy they wish they had! Pay them no mind! Live your dream, strut & wave,” Mrs Bosh retweeted a post from actress Gabrielle Union, who is dating Wade.
Another retweet on Adrienne’s page stated: “Truth prevails. Today stand in your truth and ignore the chatter around and about you…. Some people create hate for profit, and some people create love for free. Pay no mind to the haters, embrace the love…. They will never bring me down.”
However, the website GlobalGrind.com reported that the rapper had a fling with the bombshell before she started dating to her current husband, and the relationship ended with her conning him.
Adrienne and Wayne’s bounds were broken after she told him she had cancer and needed help paying for medical treatment — only to take his money and run.
According to sources, only a few people knew about what happened, and the story became known gossip in industry circles — so much so that rapper Gillie Da Kid used the tale to take a shot in “Fronting Like Ya Daddy.”
A lyric from the song, “What about the time in New York when the shorty told you she had cancer. Had you in the room all teary-eyed and then you give her a check for 10 thousand.”
Meanwhile, in town for NBA’s All-Star Weekend, the performer was obviously upset about being kicked off from a Heat game in Miami for cheering the visiting Los Angeles Lakers.
“The NBA banned me from all NBA events,” he told reporters, “because the Miami Heat told them to ban me.”
According to reports, the rapper was made to leave because of making a gun gesture at another fan during the game. However, Lil Wayne was still irate about getting tossed and fully blamed the Heat for it.
“So I’m @ da Heat game right, rottin 4 da Lakers kuz dats my team & would u believe they got police 2 make me leave?!” Wayne Tweeted the night of the game. “Wow! F*** da heat.”
