The singer has been keeping the momentum of fan interest in his latest album, The 20/20 Experience, going in various ways, so after getting glimpses of J.T. on the set of his “Suit and Tie” video and seeing him perform with Jay-Z at a Super Bowl concert, he surprised us with one of the greatest gifts of all…
He unleashed interactive art for his forthcoming The 20/20 Experience album on image-tagging startup Stipple’s website. People can hover over the art (above) to reveal the album’s track listing. Timberlake is an investor in Stipple.
In an email to Mashable, Stipple says its “technology enables anyone to share an array of interactive content from a single post or image. From an image, Stipple dots expand to offer information, embedded videos, music, shop buttons, and more.
The 20/20 Experience album art has multiple Stipple dots, which when hovered over, premiere the album track list, first single off the album on iTunes and YouTube, and photography credit.”
Timberlake’s latest creation will be his first solo album since the release of FutureSex/LoveSounds back in 2006.
Looking at his pretty mug all dressed up in his Suit & Tie, one thing is obvious: He really has brought SexyBack!!!
Timberlake appears in a tuxedo and bowtie on the cover, standing behind a large eye machine. In the forefront are his initials, JT, and the album’s title in gold lettering. According to the announcement on Timberlake’s official website, the singer was photographed by world-famous photographer Tom Munro.
