According to US Weekly, the singer and “Fashion Star” mentor is pregnant again.

“It definitely wasn’t planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again,” a source reveals to the publication. The pre-New-Year surprise is the second baby for Weight Watchers spokeswoman, 32, and her fiance Eric Johnson.

When asked about the latest baby buzz, Simpson’s representative told reporters, “I’m not going to comment on this speculation.”

The star and the singer (who showed off her 60-pound weight loss earlier this month) called Maxwell’s birth “the greatest experience of our lives.”

Back in May, she said: “I don’t want to have another baby right away but I do want to have more kids. Having babies back to back has to be so hard.”

However, at the time Simpson admitted that having a second baby was all about timing: “I really want to give Maxwell all of the attention and all of the love and time that I possibly can give her,” she said.

“When I feel like it’s the right time to bring another little one into the family, I will. I won’t wait too long but I won’t do it immediately,” the TV star added.

“Life has completely changed,” Simpson told reporters after delivering her first daughter. “From how I sleep to what I think about, Maxwell has definitely taken over everything!”

“When I  look at her my heart melts,” she said. “I didn’t realize how much love I could have.”

Maxwell, whom parents also call “Max” or “Maxi,” arrived two weeks early. She weighed 9 pounds, 13 ounces.

“As one of the nurses exclaimed when Max was born, ‘She’s a chunk,’” People magazine’s Suzanne Zuckerman told “Good Morning America.”  “But she is a beautiful baby.”

“There was a wonderful family bond that was instantaneous,” Zuckerman added.  “As Max was being born, Eric was holding both Jessica’s hand and the baby’s hand so there was that sort of continuous bond from the moment she arrived.”

During a March interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Simpson admitted of her appearance, “I feel like I have a bowling ball sitting on my hoohah. Apparently I have a lot of amniotic fluid, so whenever my water breaks, it will be like a fire hydrant!”

And speaking to Ryan Seacrest, the fashion designer opened up about her third-trimester sex drive. “I am definitely ‘feeling intimate,’” Simpson revealed. “I’m kind of unstoppable right now. The Big O is, like, the biggest O ever!”

The TV star has recently shed more than 60 pounds she gained while pregnant with her daughter through a Weight Watchers-controlled diet and four-times-a-week workout sessions with her trainer, ABC News reports.

“In over 20 years, I’ve never seen as consistent of a weight loss,” her trainer Harley Pasternak told Us last month. “Jessica’s right where she needs to be.”

Simpson, 31, and Johnson, 32, got engaged in November 2010. The two planned to hold off on making it official until after their baby’s arrival.

Rushing down the aisle isn’t a priority for the star and her former NFL player beau, anyway; during a March appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s show, Simpson revealed that Johnson “feels like my husband already.”

It is the second Simpson’s marriage, she was previously linkedto Nick Lachey from 2002 until their separation in 2005. (The duo famously documented their life together for MTV’s hit reality show, Newlyweds.)

Having split from Lachey, the Dukes of Hazzard actress dated Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo from 2007 to 2009.

In 2011, both Lachey and Romo tied the knot with their current flames; Romo’s wife, Candace Crawford, gave birth to a baby boy Hawkins on April 9, and Lachey’s spouse, Vanessa Lachey, is currently expecting the couple’s first child.
