The model revealed how daily 30-minute yoga sessions and a ‘super healthy’ diet help hone her slender 5ft 9 inch frame.

After the birth of her son last year Miranda Kerr also started experimenting with resistance training, a method widely used by Hollywood stars such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Alba.

While shooting the latest Reebok campaign for Easytone shoes, wearing skintight PVC leggings and a mesh top ensemble, Kerr said: “I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I’m feeling good.”

“I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy,” she continued. “Health is really wealth I think.”

According to The Daily Mail, aiming to give her mind a break from her hectic schedule and motherhood Kerr revealed daily meditation helps her to find greater peace and calm.

“If I’m in the car on the way to work or if I’m on the plane on the way to a job I’ll do a meditation,” she added.

By the way, in a recent interview to Vogue, Victoria’s Secret Angel confessed that she doesn’t consider herself a sex symbol.

“It’s not really something I’m aware of and it’s definitely not how I see myself,” the supermodel said.”I think it is something that definitely comes from working with Victoria’s Secret because that’s all about sexiness and all of the girls are so beautiful, I’m comfortable with it, but I don’t look at myself in that way!” she exclaims.

Kerr also spoke about her mentality in the world of modelling and how she relates to herself and her body.

“I never focus on the negative. Everyone has things that they don’t love about themselves, but I think that, as women, it’s much healthier and more positive to focus on your good parts and the things you like about yourself – not pick yourself apart or be too hard on yourself.”

She went on: “Everyone has a different beauty and different qualities and I think that women need to learn to love their qualities and be comfortable in the fact that everyone is different.”

Kerr is the first Australian born model who signed a contract with the luxury lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret and has been a part of the company, and their annual runway shows, since 2007.

She often credits to runway show as the highlight of each year, saying that “the atmosphere is fun, exciting, girly, and there’s lots of hairspray. The atmosphere is always electric and the girls are all really fun so it’s a great show to do, one of my favourites”.

Kerr has recently revealed that she is harbouring a secret ambition to become a singer.

The beauty admitted she has always wanted to be a pop star and has even recorded a number of tracks, but she doubts her music will ever be heard by the public.

“I have recorded a couple of songs, actually, that no one knows about! You probably won’t hear them but I love to sing!” Miranda said.

She continued: “I’m doing so much at the moment, modelling obviously, I have (cosmetics line) Kora Organics, my books, and my family, so I have quite a lot to focus on for the time being!”
