Blogger Shows How to Become From Fat to Fit in Just Five Hours [Video]

‘Furious Pete,’ blogger and eating champion, revealed how workout programs are not always as they seem.

According to the Daily Mail, the dieting industry has the profit of $60billion a year and is said to be big business. Plenty of advertisements feature before and after shots to show you just how effective the product is.

One blogger and eating champion shows how to achieve the look without having to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. He says: “Most of the time it’s hard to believe that a supplement or training programme can make you look like this.”

Showing a series of tips and tricks, Pete shows how go from a flabby “before” look to a buff “after” in 5 hours. All the viewers are advised to hit the gym and “make sure you are as vascular as humanly possible.”

Furious Pete‘ shows off the buff and slick after picture and reveals that the picture is Photoshopped a bit. Now for the before picture.

“The first step is to reverse the process. Go to the gym and do as many bicep curls, tricep push-downs and chest presses,” says Pete. “Make sure you are as vascular as humanly possible.”

IBTimes says, budding hulks are advised to hit the tanning bed, before rubbing themselves in cooking oil for that extra slick, muscle-enhancing look.

And to achieve the flabby “before” picture, Pete urges his followers to eat and have a rest: “Take two hours off, you worked hard. Rest up and make sure the vascularity disappears.” He recommends drinking chocolate milk, saying: “It will bloat the hell out of you.”

“Grab a bag of chips and down all of them,” says the blogger. “Grab yourself a two-litre bottle of pop and drink it all. Diet pop works even better because it has more carbonation and will make your stomach even bigger.”

Well, after the video was uploaded to YouTube, it has received plenty of comments. Some claim that it’s impossible to achieve such a body form in few hours and others just adored the blogger and his method.

“Yes. This is possible – its called PhotoShop,” said Mags from Edinburgh.

“I have mixed feelings about this video,” commented the Internet user Greg Feathers. “Yes it demonstrates the deceptive practices of some companies but on the other hand “Furious Pete” put in the time to get in shape in the first place.”

“I seriously doubt that his genetics graced him enough to give him chiseled arms and a ripped mid section. He never once states how much hard work he put into his physique which is the point of the whole video in the first place,” he added.

However, there are people who thanked Pete for his video tips. “I’ve always wondered how they did that!! And thanks for the tips on the crap to avoid. I never realised that those foods/ drinks could make that much difference,” said user mcconvilleme.

“Reverse psychology worked for me. Instead of telling me how to look great and get frustrated and possibly fail trying to achieve it, your vid showed me how easy it is not to look bad. Thumbs up!” IRLON24S commented.
