As news broke that Demi Moore was seeking treatment for exhaustion, where was her ex Ashton Kutcher? The ‘No Strings Attached’ star is currently in Brazil to be photo-shot for a catalog of the fashion brand Colcci.

Besides, Mr Kutcher attended a show at Sao Paulo Fashion Week and stepped out with Brazilian celebrities, including, for example, Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrósio, says the People magazine.

Let us mention, that on Monday Kutcher’s ex was hospitalizied after paramedics were called to her Los Angeles home.

As rumors claim Demi has the diagnosis of anorexia, among other “substance abuse issues”.

“She collapsed after having an epileptic seizure,” an insider told reporters. “Demi is in getting treated for anorexia, as well as other issues that caused her seizure.”

One of the reasons for such a disease might be Moore and Kutcher’s breakdown. Last year reports emerged that her husband of six-years, Ashton Kutcher, had cheated on her on their sixth wedding anniversary

According to the Independent, Moore has been spotted looking increasingly frail since the breakdown of her marriage.

“Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change,” one source said about her split from husband Ashton Kutcher. “She wasn’t sleeping as well, didn’t seem to be eating and looked really gaunt.”

“She has not taken care of her health at all lately and has lost a ton of weight,” he added.

However, some week ago the 49-year-old star was seen enjoying a party in Hollywood with 23-year-old daughter Rumer.

The star was supposedly seen in high spirits. “When she first arrived, she kept to herself… but she started loosening up and getting into party mode,” an onlooker said.

“She seemed really happy to be out with her daughter’s friends.”

As People magazine noted, a battle with prescription drug use was one of the reason which led to the collapse of her marriage to 33-year-old Kutcher.

“It was a sticking point for Ashton,” a source told the mag. “He wanted her to take care of herself and get a hold of things, and she wouldn’t. Her family and friends have been really worried,” he added.

However, it seems like the list of people who are worrying about the actress does not include her ex-husband. On the night paramedics responded to a 911 call at Moore’s home – Ashton Tweeted a picture of himself ‘surfing the streets of Sao Paulo’ in the rain.

As rumors claimed, he went to bar Número with soccer star Ronaldo Nazério de Lima, his wife Bia Anthony, Ambrósio and model Ana Beatriz Barros.

On Tuesday, Ashton was noticed signing autographs and posing for photos with fans during a Colcci photo shoot. A few hours later the celebrity attended the Summer Soul Festival to catch Florence + The Machine in concert.

“He doesn’t stop!” reads a headline on a Brazilian report about Kutcher’s late-night partying.

Kutcher returned to Número Tuesday, before making another stop at club Set, where Anthony and Barros were also partying. He reportedly stayed until almost 4 a.m, says People Magazine.

By the way, sourced revealed it’s not the first time Moore tries to rehab.

“I remember she had a substance abuse problem. That was in the ’80s. But she was beautiful and charming and ragingly ambitious,” Michael Levine, Moore’s publicist at the time, said Wednesday.

“I think the issues of addiction are very complicated matters. You never ever recover fully. You’re always recovering,” Levine added. “Stress also exacerbates issues in people’s lives.”
