Social networking site said it might sue Israeli Mark Zuckerberg, a man who copied the name of Facebook CEO.

“No it is not a joke,” new Zuckerberg said. “I am now legally Mark Zuckerberg, and it’s for the next 7 years.”

As social media news website Mashable revealed, the Israeli entrepreneur, who was known before as Rotem Guez, had legally adopted the name Mark Zuckerberg on Dec 7.

Well, the story started when the social networking site had shut down Guez’s profile after that the Israeli national had filed a lawsuit against Facebook in January.

“Facebook decided to sue me after I myself, filed a law suit against them, in Israel. I wanted that once they sue me, they’ll face suing “Mark Zuckerberg”.

And now the brave man said to Facebook: “If you want to sue me, you’re going to have to sue Mark Zuckerberg.”

Zuckerberg has set up a Facebook Page called ‘I’m Mark Zuckerberg’ and a Twitter account @iMarkZuckerberg. There are some photos of his new identification card and passport on his Facebook account.

Unfortunately, Zuckerberg’s personal page is already disabled.

Mark Zuckerberg II has founded Like Store, a social marketing company which sold companies Likes for their brand pages, said Mashable.

The site claims: “Are you sad no one’s visiting your Facebook Page? We have a solution! Need 1,000 Likes? We’ll get them for you. Need 5,000 Likes? We’ll get them for you. Need 10,000 Likes? We’ll get them for you.”

Israeli Zuckerberg reported a lawyer for Facebook asked him this week to close his online business Like stating it as illegal.

“Facebook accused me of selling ficticious “Likes”, which is not true, our “Likes” come from real users who want to receive our content, and instead of paying us with money, they pay us with “Likes”, –  sad the man. “The idea was, if only “Mark Zuckerberg” is allowed to sell likes, then for that matter, I’m “Mark Zuckerberg”.

The site has already sent a letter to the man: “If you ignore this letter and continue the illegal action you take, We (Facebook) will take any steps to defend their rights.”

Facebook representative explained: “Protecting the people who use Facebook is a top priority and we will take action against those who violate our terms.

However, new Zuckerberg said that he thinks highly of Zuckerberg, Facebook CEO.

“I think Mark Zuckerberg is a genius. I think he cares more about controlling the world and controlling our databases, than making money.”

“Facebook and M.Z. have to understand that Facebook is not just any ordinary site it, along with Google, is the main avenue of the internet.”

“They have to take on Google’s example, not to erase content they don’t approve of Google categorizes such content where it thinks it belongs, it doesn’t disable accounts and erase content.”

“I’ve had a flooding of phone calls, as well from people I haven’t seen for years. The people I did talk to think it’s a mad idea, but take it with a smile,” former Rotem Guez said.

“It’s amusing, you know, because I’m so small while Facebook’s huge,” he added. By the way, Zuckerberg II revealed that he was planning to change his family’s names as well. [Via TechGig and Cameroon Web News]
