The “Landscapes: Volume Two” time-lapse video is the second installment by Dustin Farrell and Crew West in what Mr.

Farrell says on his vimeo page will “probably” be three.  The video shows off Arizona’s and Utah’s iconic landscapes and even has a shot of the Flagstaff Observatory in action.

These are the jaw-dropping shots of the American wild captured as part of a high-definition video which masters the art of time-lapse techniques.

The 3:30 second clip displays mountainous outlooks, lakeside views, dirt-track vistas and star-dotted skylines in all their colourful glory.

“Landscapes: Volume 2 is the second of a three part series (probably),” he wrote.

“Every frame of this video is a raw still from a Canon 5D2 DSLR and processed with Adobe software. In ‘Volume 2′ I again show off my beautiful home state of Arizona and I also made several trips to Utah. “

He continued: “This video has some iconic landmarks that we have seen before. I felt that showing them again with motion controlled HDR and/or night timelapse would be a new way to see old landmarks.”

His Twitter followers described the photographs as ‘breathtaking’, ‘spectacular’ and ‘stunning’.

One wrote: “Name your superlative. Just brilliant.”  Follow Dustin on Twitter @dustin_farrell and bug him for a third video.

To get the full experience, be sure the video is in HD mode, the sound is on, and view it in full screen mode — you won’t be disappointed.
