It took two engagements, but Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green finally made it legal. The couple has married in a small intimate ceremony in Hawaii, according to reports in the U.S.

Reports the couple were married at the Four Seasons Hotel resort last weekend while vacationing on the big island of Hawaii were confirmed to People Magazine early Tuesday. “Yes they are married,” a rep for Megan Fox says.

According to TMZ, the wedding was attended by only a half dozen people. It’s the first marriage for both, although Brian Austin has an eight-year-old son, Kassius, with actress Vanessa Marcil. Fox was just 18 when she met the ex-90210 actor, who was 30 at the time, and the pair have been on and off ever since.

They first got engaged in 2007 before Fox broke it off in February 2009. Despite their split, the two were regularly spotted together and earlier this month, the actress’s rep confirmed to People Magazine they were engaged again.

In 2009, before they called off their first engagement, Green told People Magazine his ideal wedding would be “small.” “Originally we were talking elopement and now we might have a few people there,” he said.

“They had a fairly large wedding, but there were clearly more security people than guests,” a source told Star magazine.
“It was very hush hush. Everyone was sworn to secrecy.”

Fox, 24, and Green, 36, best known for his portrayal of David Silver on the TV series “Beverly Hills, 90210,” are said to be spending their honeymoon at the Four Seasons Hualalai hotel, where the wedding took place.

“The place is perfect for a Hollywood wedding,” the source said. “It’s very romantic and scenic. Megan and Brian had already been there for a few days. It seemed like a spur-of- the moment thing. I don’t think it had been planned long.”

With the “I Do’s” coming after 6 years of on/off dating, the pair are said to still be enjoying time in the Pacific island locale. “Megan and Brian are still there at the hotel, relaxing. They’re now celebrating their honeymoon.”

Just days earlier Megan had lost her two-carat diamond engagement ring in the Hawaiian sand, according to press reports. “I saw her jumping up and down,” a source said. “Later I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand.”

But the search was reportedly unsuccessful. “Security and maintanence staff spent a couple of hours looking for it,” another source said. “No one found it.”

Fox denied the story though, saying: “We’ve been engaged for four years, so I don’t know why the story is breaking now like it’s new. But I’m happy to still be engaged and still be with him.”

Fox recently opened up about her marriage plans: “I’ve been in this relationship so long and I love [Brian] so much,” she said. “And of course [marrriage is] in the future somewhere.”

“I’m not closed to that idea. I just think If you’re going to [get married], if you’re going to be with someone and make a commitment, it’s good to tell the universe, to say I’m commiting to this person and making them my family.” [via People and Daily Mail (UK)]
