What happens when you put a giant pacific octopus in the same aquarium tank as a large shark? So, let’s just say things don’t turn out well for the shark.

What happens when you put a giant pacific octopus in the same aquarium tank as a large shark? So, let’s just say things don’t turn out well for the shark. The aquarium’s keepers figured the octopus would be able to evade the predator easily enough, so they didn’t worry about it — until they started finding shark corpses on the bottom of the tank. They put a camera into the tank and discovered that it wasn’t the octopus that was in danger. Check the video below and don’t forget to leave a comment.

p.s.  Octopuses don’t particularly feel like engaging in fights with sharks, but, when provoked, they eat sharks for breakfast. [via HuffingtonPost]
