The Japanese industrial giant Honda is one of a handful of automakers that also makes motorcycles. And here at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, the two core competences have come together in the form of the Honda 3R-C Concept , according to the AutoBlog.

The Honda 3R-C concept is a three-wheeled, battery-powered single-seater powered by a lithium ion battery mounted low in the chassis to help keep the vehicle stable. The design, created by Honda’s Milan studio, even features a lockable cargo space in the area ahead of the driver. The low slung seating position would seem to offer little in the way of forward visibility, but the general idea seems a step in the right direction.

So, the new Honda 3R-C Concept is all about the design, eco and urban living. However, don’t expect to see it parked curbside in front of your office quite so soon. But you can check out the gallery of high-res live photos below right now. [via AutoBlog]
