Panerai delivers an exclusive edition of its Radiomir, called the Radiomir Tourbillon GMT Ceramica 48 mm, which features made-over aesthetics and technology, style and luxury.

The watch is powered by the in-house Panerai P.2005/S caliber, which is a skeletonized version of the well-known P.2005 movement that sports an impressive number of features including a 30-second tourbillon and a second time zone indication. The dial shape allows the numerous parts of the movement to be seen. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal made from corundum, with double anti-reflective coating.

The watch is 100-meter waterproof, thus qualifying as a true traditional Radiomir. Comprising 277 parts, the movement is the result of exceptional work by the maestro watch-makers at Officine Panerai and, thanks to its three spring barrels, enables a power reserve of six days, indicated by a hand that can be seen through the back plate moving through the arc of a circle.

It comes on a leather strap with adjustable buckle in scratch-resistant burnished steel. The watch case measures 48 mm diameter and is sculptured from a zirconium oxide ceramic. The watch with its outrageous price tag of $160,000, will be available in a limited edition of just 30 pieces. [via Perpetuelle]
