Jeep will show three new offerings in 2010 Detroit Auto Show The three new Jeeps are the Liberty Renegade, Wrangler Islander edition and the Wrangler Mountain edition.

The Wrangler Mountain Edition is based on the Wrangler Sport S package and features an outdoor theme and includes 32-inch tires, and unique grille, wheel and bumper appliques. This package will run $1,820.

The Liberty Renegade will be positioned between the Sport and Limited models and will feature “classic Jeep design” with premium, rugged appearance. The Jeep will be offered in an exclusive paint scheme: Salsa Red Pearl Coat.

The Wrangler Islander makes a return after a 20-year absence and delivers a “unique, fun-and-freedom”, beach-themed package. Based on the Wrangler Sport package, it’ll be available on Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited 4 x 4 models. A unique Surf Blue Pearl Coat paint scheme will be offered. The package will cost $1,120.

The Liberty Renegade and Wrangler Islander will be available during the first quarter of 2010, while the Mountain Edition will be available beginning in the second quarter. [via EgmCarTech]
