Microsoft is seeking a Principal Program Manager who would be responsible for bringing “Xbox Live enabled games to Windows Mobile”, according to a job ad the company posted. The story here is that this means that Microsoft will be bringing Xbox Live gaming to Windows Mobile-based phones.

Since the information was gleaned from a job description, there aren’t yet many details about exactly what Microsoft plans to do with the mobile platform, but it did mention “avatar integration, social interaction, and multi-screen experiences” in the ad. That leaves a lot of questions as to how the two modes of gaming will complement each other, but at least now we know that it’s going to happen. [Microsoft via Engadget]
