According to Gizmodo, the Google’s Nexus One will run $530 for the unlocked, direct-from-Google version. The subsidized version from T-Mobile will run $180 with 2 years contract. The phone will be offered with only one plan, a $39.99 Even More Individual 500 plan, which will run subscribers $80/month.

Based on the screen shots, it appears that Nexus One will be the official name of the phone. Customers will be able to buy up to 5 Nexus Ones per Google account. Those who purchase the subsidized phone and decide to cancel service within the first 120 days will have to pay the difference in price between the unsubsidized and subsidized versions or return the phone. We should find out if all this is accurate in a week or two. [via Gizmodo]
