Land Rover has designed and developed a 4×4 delivery wagon for Santa Claus to go anywhere he pleases. The sketch is available exclusively for CAR Online. This concept was Submitted by Oliver Le Grice, Land Rover’s chief designer of advanced design, and designed by Florian Dobe.
Land Rover’s biggest motivation was to create a vehicle that would actually transport our big, cuddle friend in red as well as his huge sack of presents to all corners of the Earth. We hear hat this car has a height adjustable suspension that can be controlled, presumably, by the Terrain Response controller. This one has a particle accelerator that can not be expected on a Freelander any time soon.
Santa Claus has a two-seater layout in this sleigh-cum-car with ample space for a reindeeer in front. The Land Rover rep was heard saying that the company was just trying to help Santa meet the ever-increasing delivery timetable. And for this, the concept vehicle even has an optional laser guided present delivery. Believe it or not, but it also has CRS, Chimney Recognition Software. Voila, these guys thought of everything!
