The Hamilton Khaki X-Mach watch allows to measure the Mach number of an aircraft, implying the speed an aircraft is moving through the air divided by the speed of sound under the same atmospheric conditions. The timepiece provides a few functions to be used exclusively by pilots. It is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and bold looks inspired by the cockpit. For others, the Khaki X-Mach merely looks like a flying instrument, with metal and carbon fiber construction accented by flying jacket-style stitching and studs. Sapphire crystal protects the time-telling instruments, and the watch is water-resistant to 100 meters. It’ll set you back by $1,645, which is at least cheaper than a jet plane. [via Infoniac]
