Denver Brings Stripper Radio to America

Enter 101.5 The Poll, a new radio program based out of Denver. The new radio focuses on hit songs that strippers can dance to – possibly with a “pole.”

Denver’s station, KTNI, had an indie loving program that drastically changed to one that now only plays tunes such as Warrant’s “Cherry Pie” and Buckcherry’s “Crazy Bitch.” They also brand themselves with the tag line: “Our hits our bigger!” Obviously, “Poll” is referring to “pole” – but who knows!.

The general manager of the station’s parent company explained:

“The research is in and the numbers are irrefutable. There is a large, gaping format hole that has been all but ignored. Classic Non Stop Stripper Hits, from the 80’s, 90’s and today. This is a very exciting time and we are both humbled and honored to be at the forefront of this new wave of music programming. So please welcome to 101.5 The Pole, the first of what will soon be the lap dance heard around the world.”

So there may be many strippers who may actually benefit from this radio station, but who says you can’t listen to 101.5 The Poll and practice?
